&lt;p&gt;Yippee…I’m seeing some results&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weight: 126 lbs (-2)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chest/Bust- 35”&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Waist - 29.5” (-.5)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hips: 33.5” &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thighs: 20.5” (-.5)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Calves: 12”&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Upper Arms/Biceps:10.5”&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lower arms: 8.5”&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Day One, Level One: May 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Although it is a 20min workout I found myself stopping twice, first to get a drink of water and the other to rest. I found it difficult to do the push-ups even when I went down on my knees. I also found it a bit challenging to keep my stomach tucked in throughout the workout. Now that it is over, I’m feeling pumped and I’m not experiencing any pain.&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day Two, Level One: May 21- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;I almost did not start this workout due to how much pain my calves were in. The pain only started in the afternoon. I started the workout at 11:45pm and ended @ 12:11am. I did not put the video on pause this time, although my legs were burning me throughout. I still found it difficult to keep my stomach tucked in though.&lt;/span&gt; I also did a few of the normal push-ups before resorting to doing the easier version of it, on my knees.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day Three, Level One: May 22- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Oh the agony of my aching thighs and even the bottom of my stomach hurts. Like yesterday I started the workout after 11pm&lt;/span&gt;. And because of the pain, I found myself following Aneita for the most part, in that I stuck to the easier modified version of the workouts. There were some points during the workout where I never felt as much pain but when it came to lunges and the squats I definitely felt the pain.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;With regards to doing push-ups, I decided to just stick with doing the knee version because I’m still having a difficulty with doing the normal one. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day Four, Level One: May 23- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;So I did this workout in the morning.And happily I wasn’t in as much pain like the previous days. I found myself enjoying the cardio parts of the programme more than anything else. And my endurance has definitely improved.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;May 24:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt; Because of my busy day I did not get to do day 5 of the workout has planned.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day Five, Level One: May 25- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;I’m no longer in any pain that I’m pretty glad for. And because my endurance has gotten better I feel like I’m going through the workout with greater ease. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;May 26-28: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;between visiting the country &amp;amp; laziness I didn’t get to exercise during these days. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Day Six, Level One: May 29- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;I finally came around to exercising after the long break. During the workout I realized that my endurance had fallen &amp;amp; I had to stop the video quite a few times, so that I could catch my breath. I also found that I’m getting a little bored of the exercise routine&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;May 30-31: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;I attended a seminar for most of the day, then in the evening my mom came to visit and with that I didn’t have much time to work out. The next day I continued to spent my time with my mom &amp;amp; felt too lazy to exercise.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day Seven, Level One: June 10- &lt;/strong&gt;After many days of neglecting my workout schedule I finally felt the urge to start back again. I workout late in the night and found myself pausing the video, to drink water after I completed circuit one then two. In addition, although it’s been a while since I had watched the routine, I still felt a bit bored from it, but I have three more days left of level one to go. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day Eight, Level One: June 11- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;I’ve gotten use to working out late at night. I ran through the workout without stopping this time.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day Nine, Level One: June 16- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;So I ran through the routine pretty easily. Now there is just one day to go. &lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;BTW I love butt kicks.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day Ten, Level One: June 17-&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;So &lt;span&gt;after so many pauses, I can finally say,&lt;/span&gt;LEVEL ONE IS COMPLETE. &lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;By the way, my thighs are feeling firmer; no wonder after all those squats. Glad to be through with this level especially since I was getting quite bored of the routine. I also noticed that whenever I take breaks/ lazy days I find it twice as hard to start back again.
